    It was distressing long waiting and abysmal reception with very rude blasé staff. No evidence my air conditioning was cleaned just charged for it
    No prior warning road closed ⛔️ so detour back up A406 to access via other side of A406
    Came via Chingford to not use A406 and no when l first leased with Vauxhall they were in Loughton Essex
    Its despicable that pick up drop offs are so expensive forcing disabled people through unnecessary trauma. Reports on car service is video with NO captions for DEAF excluded a constant. Reception staff visually not welcoming no good morning hello or Hi. Told Brooke l was waiting on service so please call daughter when it's ready as waiting nearby daughter could then text me. They never called in fact my daughter called Bristol steet motors and was told its ready hurry up we close at 5pm this was around 4.15pm with lot of traffic due to diversion on major road A406. On entering to collect manager it turned out ignored me went to my 15 year old autistic grandson to ask him what he wanted? I told him he's a minor just 15 years old service clearly states my female name. They were abysmal. Reduced me to tears. I asked Brooke why did you not call she ignored me again why did you not call again she ignored me third time l asked why she did not call she pointed to notice in wall about abuse and staff safety l told her as im deaf l use holding up app speech to text and entire transcript here and clear no abuse just question. Sadly these staff do nothing and use these policies to defer customers asking about poor communication like simple call to say cars ready. Apparently she was "too busy". Showroom on entering to give key empty on collecting one man paying with his wallet on desk.
