    Always have a good experience with Audi. Initial greeting with reception was cheerful and very helpful. Communication was great. Was called when my car was ready to be collected.
    Was walked out to my car and given keys. No verbal update on the service. Just told to wait for the report which will be sent through as usual.
    When opening the report it was somebody else car footage. Called them to rectify the error. Was told to call back on Monday. Called twice on Monday and told my report will be sent through. No report still received.
