    I like the shiny new showroom but no cold drinks were available

    Car was booked for c&d but I ended up having to drop off and collect on the day due to lack of staff which was obviously very inconvenient.

    I dropped my vehicle at 8.40am and received no contact from the garage until 4.30pm (me calling them) and when I arrived at 5.30pm the car hadn’t even been cleaned.

    I believe that the poor service that I received was purely because I was a Motability customer.

    Very disappointing.
