    They failed to spot the faulty windscreen wiper and faulty usb media connection during my service. When I talked to customer service , after care team they said it was my fault for not mentioning it and . They were aware it’s a motability vehicle. There are days where I can be very unwell, I felt they didn’t cater to me as a service user . They have a nice show room and seating area

    They said to us on the phone the car will be getting cleaned and when we received the car back it was not cleaned and everything since it cane back from the service the cars back break is not working or coming on so im not sure how they serviced it when they have missed one the big problems
