    Handover took long. Had to wait over a hour for car to be washed.

    Last time I got a car, the dealer covered it with the red cloth and put my name on a plaque and made it feel like a good experience.

    This dealer wasn't as good.

    James was amazing, from looking at which car to get right up to the collection
    He helped adjust everything to comfort and explained everything in great details! Also made sure we knew we could call with any issues or queries at any point after collecting the car.
