    I received exceptional customer service and from Lauren. Lauren explained everything I needed to know about the car as well as remained patient with things that I didn’t understand. Lauren also took the time to talk me through and show me where the necessary documents are on the mobility scheme website. Lauren was welcoming and comforting and allowed me to express my excitement and also joined in with me. Amazing customer service from the very beginning of viewing and test driving the car to the very end of collecting the keys and driving away.
