    The staff are wonderful especially Stuart was so helpful and picking up our new car was a breeze I was even early and they didn’t mind at all would definitely recommend .

    We had an issue with a fuel module we broke down the day before our service and your mechanics wouldn't replace it they cleared the fault of the computer and gave car back and said "oh just see how it goes"....its a motability car for disabled people it's already broke down once and your not fixing the issue you just left it til we get stranded somewhere else cos it's broke down again I think that is disgusting we will not be using this garage to get our next car or anything...no one speaks my driver had to run around the shop trying to get help rather than someone offering help all the people in there have no bother they are unhelpful and don't care about anyone they all seem miserable and seem to not like their job and dertainly don't like customers at all and they are extremely rude and ignorant towards the cleaner not one person would talk to her no matter how much she said hello or tried to engage with the other staff which is downright disrespectful and rude and then was extremely rude to my disabled mother who was in pain and struggled to stand up out of her chair and to be told by a mechanic "well that's what you get for sitting about all day" is disgusting and rude behaviour no customer service what so ever I do not recommend going to this garage at all they are all rude unbothered and do not want to deal with any customers at all
