    Great customer service. Polite and professional. Great all round experience. The salesman Tyrone was exceptional from day one. He was very knowledgeable,friendly and helped us with anything we weren't sure about including downloading apps on the phone. He understood our mobility issues and helped us in every way.     Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Alfie booked my car in for the date I asked for, and Dawn booked my car in on the day and they kept me updated every step of the way.my car came back lovely and clean thank you to Ancaster team

    Little to no communication. After driving 40 mins early in the morning , the Pre booked courtesy car was unavailable on my first visit, so I had to rebook the service as I had no other arrangements available and 2 disabled children. Once rebooked I had the same issue on my second appointment but after some back and forth a courtesy car was made available for the day. I then received no communication about time to collect car or the video of service as I had previously at the now closed welling site.
    On a whole the experience was negative due to lack of communication.

    My appointment was at 9 am and my car was the first one to be serviced. Till 4.00 evening they did not take my car for servicing and I had to tell them that I need to go home without servicing. Very embarrassed the way I was dealt with knowing that its a disabled person as a driver.

    Customer service was extremely poor and sub standard. Staff were defensive, dismissive, rude and lacking in respect, basic courtesy ,understanding and compassion. Staff appeared jaded, unenthusiastic, defensive, uncaring and rude. My experience to date left me feeling disappointed and ashamed. I would not go back if I had a choice. I would give less than 1 star if I could. I was made to feel powerless and dismissed. There was a consistent lack of interest and sincerity.
