    I was booked in for 08:00 a while you wait MOT. However, the MOT technician hadn’t arrived. Whilst waiting in the showroom, I was called at 08:10 and told the technician wasn’t arriving until the afternoon, and that I should go home and return later. I informed them that it was too far to travel, and I was also meant to be working from home , so would wait.
    I checked in with them again at 12:20 approximately, and was told the technician still hadn’t arrived and that his ETA was about 13:00.
    The battery on my laptop had died, and I didn’t bring the charger cable with me as I hadn’t expected to be there for so long.
    I didn’t get my car back until 14:40, for which I was glad. However I didn’t expect to have to wait six hours and 40 minutes for a while you wait MOT. This was absolutely ridiculous considering I have a Motability car and couldn’t really go anywhere else but wait.
