    I was very impressed by their new building and service centre. Their staff were very knowledgeable, polite, and they kept me up-to-date on what was happening with the car, and let me know when it was ready. The car was a bit dirty inside full of crisps and that, but apart from that was alone calm, so I can’t complain over all the service was 10 out of 10.

    Car was returned with front windscreen with some oil like film in places that disturbed my view. Vehicle was not cleaned. Overall it’s bad Experian d as vehicle was not given due care and cleaning that was expected when returned after the full service.

    Another great experience with Parkside Volvo, Orpington. Great customer service from the SERVICING TEAM. My vehicle was picked up just after 8am and was returned after a full service and MOT, just after 3pm. As an added bonus my vehicle had been thoroughly cleaned, inside and out. Ben kept me in the loop throughout the day which I really appreciated. All in all, I had a great experience with the Servicing Team of Parkside Volvo.

    Treated and cared for very well from beginning to end by Emma. My only problem was that the engineer missed the fact that there was a problem with my tyre. It went with dash highlighting low pressure tyre and air was added. When I was informed the car was ready for collection, I enquired about the tyres and explained my husband had seen a nail in there and the lady was completely accommodating and informed me that another check would be made and what the process is for tyre repair. When collecting the car I enquired about the tyre with the engineer who serviced the car and was informed that there was no nail. By the next day the dash highlighted again, pressure issues with the tyre. It Left me a little unsettled about the quality of the service carried out. I am not saying it wasn’t carried out well but missed work on the car like that left doubt and worry for my safety as the car performance wasn’t good on breaking and felt very uneasy with a tyre not at correct air level.
