    Good service and minor issues on settings on the steering wheel, like limiter and cruise control when asked how it works, help given.

    I had the best experience with staff there and it’s my 3rd car with mobility and can say they are the best with disabled customers and very consistent with manners and updated .
    Daniella from Chiswick branch was very inspiring with her Knowledge on Cars, the schemes policy.
    She was very experienced with complex medical issues which helped with choice of car.
    The car I have is perfect for my spine and poor Mobilty and very spacious for my wheelchair.
    I’m very happy and comfortable so Thsnk you very much.

    Daniella was amazing, she explained the whole process and we are very happy with our choice of vehicle. Only downside I would say was not being able to test drive it but I’m sure we will love it!
