    I was very nervous and apprehensive about this new experience I was going to have driving and selecting a car I feel comfortable and safe in as well as aesthetic to encourage me to drive and not rely on my designated drivers because I'd never take my drivers license due to my Mobility problems. I contacted Bmw To arrange a test drive of the electric i4 and was very disappointed with the customer service from a woman I won't mention who's lack of punctuality didn't help with me booking the car before the quarterly deadline. I was very disappointed to find out the I4 had been taken off And at that point, my experience would Bmw was an absolute shambles. I spoke to a gentleman who recommended me to consider the three series So I booked an appointment and because he was occupied me and my father were greeted by Sean Ingle. In all my years purchasing goods and in particular high value goods I have never received such a brilliant experience from a representative of a brand. His knowledge on all the specs were flowing and without trying to convince me, sold me on the advantages of the package I chose. I throughly enjoyed my experience and so did my father dealing with Shaun whom we just couldn't fault at all. He is a asset to the sales team and we hope is very well praised by his management. My opinion on BMW park lane has become a positive one and I would recommend anyone in my fathers network and my network to see Shaun if considering a BMW for purchase.
