    Excellent customer service from Philip, kind and polite. Extremely professional transaction with a limitless amount of information provided. Philip kept us well informed with our new car, included all the stages of the process. The handover with Philip was very smooth. All paper work completed by Philip to meticulous detail. Exceptional service provided by Philip and he is such an asset to the team. Should be promoted as he took customer service to a different level of experience. He was very patient and always had a smile on his face. Definition is service with a smile!
