    Car was supposed to be picked up from home at 9,30 a.m. but by 10.30a.m. nobody had arrived. There had been no communication from the garage to what time they would actually be coming for the car to be taken for its service. It would have been helpful if someone would have phoned or sent a text to let me know what was going on. When the car was returned, there was no health check report enclosed to keep with the other reports that I have.

    Outside cleaned but was told they would clean where I had spilt some milk but it was still there, but i was well looked after.
