He answered every question and query we had, and even offered advice on the suitability of different cars for my mum. He was very good at supporting my mum during our visits to the branch and made her feel very at ease. He facilitated a quick application process and held fantastic customer service throughout. We were extremely grateful to have had his expertise and support.
