    Not very good waited 10 mins for person to come even after I had a scheduled timed appointment. Reason told was short staffed. No person tending the front desk.

    Very nice and knowledgeable salesman dealing with the motability side of things. The BIG letdown was that there was no car for a test drive. Hence only 4 stars. Apart from that all was OK.

    Not the best handover. Given the keys and directed to the car outside on the forecourt (eg 4th on the right). No familiarisation with the controls given (keyless car). Disappointing. Still not familiar with all the features of the car

    Great service only problem was lack of courtesy cars you have on site cancelled service on two occasions due to not having car available for me.they had to arrange pick up so service could be done both guys who picked up and return car were incredible both polite and courteous 10 stars .
