    Ali was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much for her, she went through everything including all the different gadgets and she answered all question we asked to our understandace... She said we could come back in a week to ask more or if there was something we didn't know or have forgotten she would take some time to answer anything we were unsure about. Overall Ali is fabulous

    Wasn't just mot my car got recovered on 22 October by rac with diagnostic issues. Heard no more about my cars progress untill I rang vertu myself on 4th November to see if I could collect my car. Then to be told it won't be ready till the 6 November. Nobody at all bothered to contact me to keep me in formed. Nightmare just trying to ring them to speak to someone.
