    My car was collected on Thursday 28th,July and late in the day they phoned and said the car had failed the MOT and they didn’t have the part but would get it overnight and would be ready on the Friday. At 4.30 next day which was the Friday I got a phone call asking and I quote… Any chance of keeping your car over the weekend as the part has not come in. I couldn’t very well well say no as it had failed it’s MOT could I. I asked if I could have a courtesy car for the weekend and the answer I got was Well not really!! . I thought what does that supposed to mean you either have or you haven’t!!. All my family who have cars where away on holiday and my neighbours don’t drive so had to use taxis for shopping and had to cancel a trip we had planned for the Sunday. On the Monday I had to cancel a hosp app in Gateshead cause I wasn’t paying for a taxi to go there. I phoned about 10.30 and asked about the car and was told it would be back by early afternoon. At2.15 I had a phone call saying it was on its way , I only live a few miles but it took 1 hr 15 mins for the car to arrive! So no I was not happy at all . I feel as if I wasn’t just a Mobility customer I would of got better treatment. I was once told by a garage can you move over there in case a customer comes in!!. That was because I was a mobility customer , Can you imagine how I felt, well that’s how I felt that weekend , I have ordered my next car from this garage but if I hadn’t I would be looking at other garages

    I had a very positive experience whilst at the Pity Me Durham branch. Alison the motability consultant was really helpful advising me of all the instruments etc of the new Corsa which I chose. The dealership was a very friendly place. Thankyou Alison.
