    This was my first handover of my old mobility car to my new one if it hadn't been for vertu honda Durham I wouldn't of had ap clue as the old garage I got my original car from didn't even get in touch to see what I was doing next. The time he took explaining about the car when I picked it showing me all the features and what they do. If I had any questions he would answer them even if they were daft questions. When I went to pick my car up he sat in the back of the car not like other garages stands next to the car leaning over he went through every button in the car explained what they did, connected my phone up made sure I felt comfortable before setting off and I was ok with everything. I can't fault Stephen he went above and beyond to help me

    Big thank you to Honda Durham, especially David Hutchinson for acquiring the car I wanted. Obviously moved heaven and earth to accommodate my wishes. Especially as all other dealers told me it was impossible.
    Nothing was too much trouble, David handled the car handover with knowledge, friendliness and efficiency. Answered all my questions and if needed any confirmation, invited a colleague. A true sign of a genuine honest dealer. A star dealer and top bloke.
    I drove away with the confidence that knowing if I had any further issues the team at Honda Durham, including David are only a phone call away.
    If anything needed setting up or demonstrating I could pop into the dealership and they would only be too happy to oblige, with a cup of coffee thrown in.
    I look forward to my ongoing future relationship with Honda Durham and David particularly. I know I’m in good hands and have no trouble recommending them.
    (I also experienced my first car reveal which was a nice surprise!)
