    I couldn't give Durham any more prayers the sales lady was very friendly and very patient. Unlike Sunderland where the customer service is absolutely horrendous and they don't give a flying out about you. Sunderland is without any doubt the worst experience I have ever suffered with motability, their customer service is appalling. The way they talk to people is appalling all around Sunderland is appalling if you want a Renault. Go to Durham
