    Virtu Ford in Carville, Durham has been exceptionally brilliant for over two years that I’ve been going. I deal predominantly with a guy named Mitchell Hayes on the service desk. He always greets me in a friendly yet professional manner and keeps me fully updated through the whole process. He always makes sure that I’m happy with everything and always calls, usually the next day to make sure that everything is fine. 5 star at least! Brilliant.     The people were all great. I did however experience difficulty with the slippery floors. I realise it's not their fault but suggested that the could install a runner of some sort so that people with walking aids feel more secure
