    The people were all great. I did however experience difficulty with the slippery floors. I realise it's not their fault but suggested that the could install a runner of some sort so that people with walking aids feel more secure

    Excellent service as always. The only downside was that I received a call the day before to say there was no courtesy car available, so I had to arrange a lift to and from the garage.
