    Now an extremely poor experience. They clean the care as part of their service. But mine was barely touched each time. They claim it due to its size but a decent jet wash job should be expected if they start it and boot size aside, I can’t understand why they can’t do the dash and rear floor which is the size of a focus.

    Second service I booked a courtesy car. They called and spoke to my dad who is deaf so had no clue what was said. So I called them back and they confirmed everything was booked in and could see the courtesy car. When I got there it wasn’t! The woman I was dealing with had wrote it on her print out and not updated the system. So when I called it all still looked ok. I politely fed back that they spoke to someone not connected to the car and the need to update the system rather than have a local copy on a single persons desk but at no point was an apology offered. If anything the conversation was full of dismissive attitude.

    Last service the bushes were identified as needing replacing. They weren’t in stock so they said they’d call when they are and book me back in. 5months past without a call so when booking the MOT I reminded them they needed doing and they confirmed they made a note. I called a week ahead of the MOT to make sure they were ready and no notes could be found. The central team emailed the workshop and asked for me to be called when they arrived. Again no call was received. The day before the garage called me to confirm the appointment and they could not find any note at all again. Thankfully the MOT was completed and they confirmed the bushes were replaced but these issue should not be occurring when dealing with motability customers.

    Staff are brilliant but the automated process of booking car in is impersonal and makes you feel like you're just a number not a customer
