    Very friendly lady helped me through everything.
    Couldn't have asked for a more helpful member of staff.

    Staff where fantastic they spoke to my daughter and allowed us the ensure she could transfer from her chair to the car and did not talk down to her or myself as I had no idea about what I really wanted

    Really pleased with my new Suzuki car. Paul brought one to my home for me to view and test drive. He showed me all the features of the car and I decided to go for one. On pick up day I was greated warmly and we completed all the paperwork and he introduced me to another member of staff also. Paul helped me to set up the Suzuki app on my phone and then he spent time showing me all the features on my new car and helped me get it ready for a safe and comfortable drive home. Paul really is an exceptional front line member of staff. He gave his upmost attention to ensure I felt comfortable with my knowledge of the car, using excellent attentive and patient communication skills. I look forward to returning for my services, it will be like going to see family. Many thanks for looking after me.

    Fantastic service. The only thing that bothers me is the sat nav is so complicated and adding fones also music. Be nice if it was a simple cd player
