    Hello, it would have been nice to be offered the choice of waiting while my service was done, I had to drop it off at 9am and it wasn't ready until after 4pm, it just made things awkward for my day.. also at Scotswood when I got my vehicle serviced they washed and hoovered it.. this didn't happen at Lookers Dunston,, I understand there may be teething troubles because of the move but standards shouldn't be allowed to slip...

    Andy is very nice guy . He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all I asked and kept me up to date with the process and procedures. On the day I collected the car he made sure it was a smooth process and even gave me hot chocolate to warm me up as I was freezing .
    I would definitely recommend his service at Kia .
