- Rating 2.0Mar 3, 2025Ellie was amazing, she responded to any questions promptly. She was friendly, personable and informative. When I attended the dealership to collect the car I was advised they were running a little behind due to absence of a valeter, we were offered to stay at the dealership to come back in an hour. This was totally fine and we chose to leave and we returned an hour later. Ellie talked us through downloading the ford app when at her desk. We were then handed the keys and given a chance to move our things from old car to new car, we then handed keys back and left. We were not sat in the car and shown how to use the technology, due to this we never got the opportunity to see how bad of a job the valet was. Once we got home I realised how bad the final valet of the car was. One of the doors interior and sill was completely forgot about and was filthy. There was a lot of brown dust in the car, residue from stickers was all I’ve drhe car, the frunk and boot were filthy and the attempted buffing of the car was awful due to the leftover dirt residue. Due to my mobility I was unable to clean the car myself so I have had to pay £52 for a through valet. I feel like the car I handed back that was 5 years old was in a better condition than the one I handed in.

Was called the day before to confirm attendance. Was given progress throughout the day and telephoned once my car was ready to collect.
