    I am an old fashioned sort of person who believes that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing well. Our car was booked in with this dealer and a courtesy car was requested. Upon the day of the appointment I was told that the courtesy car was a manual and that they do not have any automatic courtesy cars in stock, which is ridiculous given that most motability cars will be automatic. Surely they would be able to see on their system that our car is indeed an automatic. I was offered a lift home and told our car would be done as a priority and we would have it back by 12 noon. It wasn't, so now problems start. How can we do what we needed to do without a car? Eventually the car arrived and it looked awful. We had been offered a complimentary car was and valet. Well whoever worked on the car must of used a dirty cloth to wipe the car over. Dried on water marke were left all over the car. Areas of the car had not even received a wipe. The windscreen was in such a state that in was not safely usable as the dried on wipe marks had not been cleared. The fascia and centre console were still in the same condition that it was in when we handed the car over - this had not been touched. Would I recommend this dealership? Absolutely not.
