He was friendly, patient and answered all of our questions, he treated us like any other customer - we did not feel that due to us looking for a car with Motability that we were treated any differently which I know some places/sales executives can make you feel like that. The Lookers Volkswagen Teesside Team - Rating 3.0Apr 28, 2025I have mixed feelings about the experience. Jonny, who assisted me throughout the process, was great. He provided excellent customer service and was very helpful in answering all my questions.
However, I was disappointed with the fact that the car was not fully charged upon pick-up, and it would have been nice if they had provided at least half a tank of fuel. As a loyal customer who has purchased several cars from them over the past 10 years, I expected a bit more consideration in that regard.
