When we came to collect the car he showed me how everything worked and even set up the cars system for me so it was ready to use/drive.

However, I was disappointed with the fact that the car was not fully charged upon pick-up, and it would have been nice if they had provided at least half a tank of fuel. As a loyal customer who has purchased several cars from them over the past 10 years, I expected a bit more consideration in that regard.
