    We arrived early but were made very welcome with offers of drinks and a place to sit. Other staff who were available supported us to look around the cars whilst waiting for the appointment. Appointment and ordering of car was made easy, the salesman explained everything clearly and was able to get the order sorted then. All staff were polite, friendly and courteous. The facilities were clean and spotless.
