    Great knowledge of what mobility can offer.
    Showroom very clean and tidy bright and plenty of space to get round with mobility aids.
    Staff polite well groomed.
    Toilet facilities immaculate.
    Good range of drinks on offer.
    Mobility staff very friendly, professional,polite, very knowledgeable with mobility scheme and car which I purchased.
    Kept up to date with all matters of the build of the car.
    Very reliable when indicated certain processes of the whole situation.
    Great people fantastic service will defo recommend and buy another car . Cannot fault anything

    Spot on service in the dealership and this is the only reason I’ve given 5 star. but the call centre needs to stop harassing customers 14 calls in 3 weeks is beyond a joke half of which were after I had booked the car in. After 4 new cars from this dealership I don’t intend to use vertu unless I have no choice

    My first contact was with the Services Department who were extremely helpful and explained fully to me my options. I opted to have my car collected from my home. The gentleman who came to collect my car was courteous, friendly and extremely polite. He also explained fully what was happening and when my car would be delivered back to me. My car was delivered back time by the same gentleman who was exactly the same as when he collected my car. The car was parked in the correct parking space and had been cleaned and washed.
    I am extremely happy with the excellent service your Staff gave me. 10 out of 10. Thank you

    Could have been better,waited in reception for 35 minutes before I had to let someone know that I was booked in for service at 1 pm.I reported in to reception at 12:45 and said that I was early. However I sat till 1:20 before I had to tell the service rep that I was here!!!
