    Lauren was absolutely outstanding she was so nice to deal with 10out of 10 other garages should take note all the staff are outstanding. Will miss this service next year as can't get bmw

    Highly recommended using vertu bmw boldon . Paul kept us upto date through the process . Helpful and supportive it's our first electric car he explained lots of things about the car and tips etc
