From the very beginning, Joe was absolutely amazing. He explained the whole process clearly and made me feel completely at ease.
He kept me updated throughout the car process with regular calls, and even sent me videos of the car before collection, which was such a thoughtful touch. When it came to collecting the car, Joe took the time to show me everything—inside and out—and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my new car.
Excellent service from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Joe highly enough!:)
