    James was very helpful, courteous and professional. He explained everything to me and offered refreshments, he has rang me today to say that my car has been ordered and he will be back in touch soon with a delivery date

    I was quite disappointed with arnie at stoneacre Sunderland if I'm honest. As I went to pick up my Motability car he made me feel invisible. Everything that needed to be handed over from him (documents etc) was handed to my male companion, despite me being the customer. At one point he was showing my male companion the interior of the car and all of its features and closed the doors shutting him in the car with my companion and leaving me sitting alone across the room. Now I don't know wether he is just sexist or has a discrimination against disability or both but I was actually quite teary and upset leaving the dealership. Terribly dissatisfied |

While there may have been practical reasons for certain parts of the handover being directed to your companion (such as them being the nominated driver), we absolutely understand that, as the customer, you should have been at the centre of the process throughout. Feeling excluded — regardless of the reasoning — is not acceptable, and we regret that this was how the experience came across.
    We want to reassure you that there was absolutely no intention to cause any upset or to discriminate in any way. That said, how you felt matters deeply to us, and we take your feedback seriously. We will use your comments as an opportunity to remind our teams about the importance of inclusive, respectful service — especially when working with Motability customers.
