Stoneacre Volvo Sunderland Team - Rating 1.0Sep 15, 2025I was quite disappointed with arnie at stoneacre Sunderland if I'm honest. As I went to pick up my Motability car he made me feel invisible. Everything that needed to be handed over from him (documents etc) was handed to my male companion, despite me being the customer. At one point he was showing my male companion the interior of the car and all of its features and closed the doors shutting him in the car with my companion and leaving me sitting alone across the room. Now I don't know wether he is just sexist or has a discrimination against disability or both but I was actually quite teary and upset leaving the dealership.
