    This was a pleasant experience. I had made an appointment with Volkswagen’s motability representative, Mark, a few days earlier. Despite the garage being busy after the New Year, Mark was extremely patient with me, offering lots of good advice over my choice of car, and lumbar support and hoist options. We even went for a pleasant test drive in the snow. Highly recommended!
