    I felt that this was not a car service to let the customer feel that they had a great garage experience and customer and car were being well looked after. It felt like just an exercise into warning the customer first that they were going to be charged over extra for any reason for simple faults to be corrected regardless of warranty fault failure, normal operational use or bad bmw design flaws. Just thought it was an excuse to charge regardless. John W
