    Very pleased with the sales executive and the car. Only downside was that there were no car mats, umbrella or bouquet of flowers which a family member always receives with every car he leases with the motorbility scheme.

    Not sure if brakes were checked as the engineer report stated my wheelchair was in the way to see if there was a spare or get access to the wheel locking nut key my brakes seem to be not as responsive too so very concerned. Clerical staff were polite and courteous. It was mentioned I need to remove my wheelchair next time before I bring the vehicle to be serviced .

    Bolton Kia have given us a brilliant experience, Steve B was very professional, helpful and got me and my husband the car we wanted. He was able to answer any questions and queries quickly and kept us up to date with the progress of our order (without being over bearing like we found with other dealerships in the past). Jack was very helpful, professional and informative of our new car and was able to answer any questions we had before we drove off. Would definitely recommend Bolton Kia.
