I was under no pressure to choose a car, Steve was happy to walk round with me while I made my decision. Everything went very smoothly.
My husband had a motorbility car for years, and started out using Vauxhall, but their customer service was always poor. Kia at Middlebrook was recommended by 2 or 3 friends, so we gave Kia a try - their customer service was fantastic! The staff are attentive without being overbearing, very knowledgeable, helpful and approachable.
My husband died last September, and I was recently granted motorbility, so Kia was my one and only choice!
