    They were short staffed so we had to wait a little longer than normal. The car used to be valeted and washed. It wasn’t on this occasion.

    I am disabled and when it is time for my annual service RRG send a colleague to pick up and drop off my vehicle.
    I find this service exceptional and vital as it saves me having to hang around the centre waiting for the work to be completed as I have difficulty with walking.

    Perfect. Taken the car in for a service and was ready at the time stated when I dropped the car off. On collecting the car I was shown the service paperwork that was fully explained to me. Can't ask for any better.
