    Shockingly disgusting customer service, turned up for a pre booked appointment (which was checked twice? The day before by Tom. Only to be sent away, then get a phone call telling us we needed to come back or he was going on lunch, then he had no idea what he was doing, requesting paperwork that he had never mentioned before. It gets better he then sent a disabled woman (my mother) to stand in a carpark in the heat with not seating for 20 minutes, he blamed every issue on someone else, he didn’t even do a handover on how the car works just went inside and said we’re waiting on tax and the admins are slow.. I had to read the manual and show my mother how to link phones work AC and activate features. Never in my whole life have I been treated so badly, you clearly have issues at your Bolton branch, how could any manager hire someone so incompetent with a complete lack of common sense or a basic level of empathy is completely beyond me. I suggest somebody looks at this team from top to bottom because this obviously isn’t just a one staff member problem. I will not be recommend you to anyone, I do not have one good word to say about the experience. I can’t even comprehend how you are still in business.

    Couldn't have been treated better. Truthful about the current state of affairs by staff. And the coffee was most welcome.
