He kept me well informed throughout the wait for my car (which was only 3 weeks!!) on the day to pick up my car Tom had parked my car at the front of the dealership with a sign saying Lisa’s nee car which I thought was a lovely touch. He showed in depth how to use the car and was extremely patient with me as I am not good with technology. He also offered me aftercare and said if I need anything not to hesitate to call him.
