    Joe, from your Liverpool branch was a super star!
    Not only was he welcoming, polite, and very Personable but he also made everything easy to understand and he answered every single question we asked. Best of all especially for a disabled person like myself he didn’t have us waiting around. Everything was there and ready for us to sign, he even set up the app for us and didn’t just tell us to download it like most do after that and a demonstration we drove away it was so refreshing to not be messed about. We have been BMW customers for years and believe me I’d rather have someone do their job as well as joe than get a bunch of flowers or car mats or whatever they give
    You as we could be waiting for upto 1hr 30 like the last time we bought from them. Joe made the whole experience perfect for us and he’s a true asset to your company and the whole reason that after visiting 5 other dealerships we decided to come to Hyundai for the first time.
