- Rating 5.0Nov 21, 2024I wasn’t intending to get a car the day I went in, I just went in without an appointment and had intended to go to Nissan after but Richard was so helpful and knowledgeable, he took me for a test drive which I wasn’t expecting and because he was so good at his job I decided there and then to get the car.
Richard kept me informed all the way through and went through everything with me. When I picked the car up Richard went through everything with me answered all my questions and was really helpful. He told me if in the future I had any questions or needed help with the car just to contact him. I did forget something the next day and popped in Richard was doing something outside but came straight over and helped me. He is kind courteous and very knowledgeable. His customer service is 10 out of 10 and I would definitely go back and recommend him to others.
