    After the problems I had with my last service, no phone call on the day to let me know the car was done and nobody answering my phone calls so I didn't get the car back until the day after and then when I went to collect the car, nobody knew were it was so I was waiting around for 20 minutes, this service was night and day. The lady who booked me in was really nice and helpful and phoned me as soon as the service was done. It felt like I was in a completely different dealership to last time.

    I’ve just picked up my new Motability car from Johnson’s Hyundai and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Glenn was the name of the man who dealt with me and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. I suffer with anxiety and Glenn really put me at ease, making sure I felt comfortable and fully supported throughout. Nothing ever felt rushed and every question I had was answered clearly and kindly. The handover was smooth and professional, and I left feeling confident and happy with my new car.
