    I originally booked the service over a week ago I was given an appointment to suit me which was 9am yesterday, I was offered refreshments than it was explained what was going to happen, I waited while the work was done again staff looked after me. 2 hours later the car came back again I was given an explanation, the car had also been washed and hoovered,excellent service but it’s what I knew previously owning a Lexus years ago
