No courtesy car - either from Motability or garage, no pickup from home, which caused me great difficulty with getting my wav to dealership and left me housebound. I think especially when a motability customer arrives and has to wait it would be nice to show then where the coffee machine is and the toilets small details like that make a huge difference .
