No courtesy car - either from Motability or garage, no pickup from home, which caused me great difficulty with getting my wav to dealership and left me housebound. - Rating 4.0May 10, 2023Receptionist could have been a little friendlier ie had to ask where coffee machine was toilet etcetera maybe she doesn't like her job ? I think especially when a motability customer arrives and has to wait it would be nice to show then where the coffee machine is and the toilets small details like that make a huge difference .
