    Our car was booked in for 10.30am. You were picking it up as it is my wife's car who cannot drive, and I was at work. The car wasn't picked up until 10.53!!!
    It was supposed to be returned that day and by 5.10pm it had not been returned. I phoned you and was told that person dealing with it was on the phone but would call back. They never did.
    When I contacted you next morning I was told that the MOT had not been done yet.
    The car was delivered to my work place later that morning.
    Very poor communication and not for the first time.
    If I treated my customers like that I wouldn't have any customers and rightly so.

    Was promised a courtesy car but one was not available when I got there. I was not a happy bunny! I was told that someone had rang but no one did and no messages were left to tell me there would be no courtesy car.
    However, I was given a lift and picked up a few hours later from a destination of my choice which was good.
