    Very helpful and polite. He seen I was in a lot of pain having to sit and wait for 2 hours with the air con on (I have arthritis and this caused me to have more difficulty walking), and he went and brought the car to the door for me

    Easy to book appointments and get the work done. However waiting times without a courtesy car is challenging. My pain levels were tesllthigh. Waiting 1.5 hours to have the car taken in and another hour for the work to be done that was pre authorised.
