    The experience has been very stress free. Throughout the entire process, trevor has been very helpful in dealing with my son as much as he could. I have difficulty talking to people in person and prefer phone calls, but even on bad days, I can struggle with this. I informed Trevor of some of my difficulties during the first phone call we had to confirm the booking and I presume this is why he directed his attention to my son during our in-person meetings instead of only dealing with me directly. I can have seizures in high stress environments and this process would’ve likely caused one if it had been mandatory that Trevor directly inform me of everything. Though I was present, he spoke more to my son than me which was very much appreciated. His approach helped me get through the process. Without him, I likely wouldn’t have continued. I also dissociate and don’t retain information, so by dealing with my son mainly from start to finish, it made the process easier for me to continue. I highly recommend Trevor and Bristol street motors as a whole. A colleague of Trevor provided him some help on our last meeting to collect and she was equally as warm and welcoming as Trevor, both have very good senses of humour which is always a bonus and allows for a stronger, working relationship in my opinion. On the day of collection I was worried about the interaction so it took me longer to get out of the house. Despite this, and my lateness, Trevor still welcomed me, despite it perhaps holding him up in his job. Everything Trevor done was helpful, informative, empathic and considerate, I doubt there is anything he could’ve done better, but if there is, it didn’t affect me. I am very grateful it was Trevor that was dealing with my application and this whole process. I hope he is available if I have any concerns in the future. Trevor explained how to correctly operate the car and all its features and mentioned he would call in a few days to check everything is going ok. We were even offered tea and coffee which was a nice thing to do I thought. Excellent service, stress free process, excellent man for the job. Thank you Trevor.

    100% Highly recommend going to Bristol street in Carlisle, This was my 1st time getting a car with the Motability scheme, I was extremely nervous about the idea until I went to see Lee in Bristol street, from the minute I walked in the showroom I was greeted by friendly staff willing to assist you through the whole process, I dealt with Lee and he couldn't have been any more helpful, he explained everything clearly he took all the stresses I had away, from placing my order to driving away I felt very happy that I'd chosen to go with Bristol street Carlisle.     I would have gave 5 stars but I’d rang and the lady said they would ring back and they didn’t . I’d told her about the child lock in the car was still not fixed. They’d lubrucated it but it’s not worked either .Theres something wrong with the rear side passenger door. The child lock won’t open the door from the inside. Can someone get in touch please.
