    Was told it would be 1 hour , it was 3 . Poor communication . Car was cleaned which was great but unnecessary. I would rather have been given option to leave sooner with uncleaned car as I was stranded waiting with my disabled daughter.

    It was horrific and if i could score it 0 i would i do love the idea of filling in a survey when u didnt actually supply the car. My car is still in your showroom because for time number 4 since ordering your lying salesman messed up the paperwork. Anyone getting a car from parks toyota please beware they do not know what they are doing
