    Each time I’ve been to this dealership I’ve felt like a “ second class citizen” just aswell these brands have been removed from Motability as they looked down on you when you went . I would never buy another Audi for sure .

    Very good and dealt with everything efficiently. Not sure how they can charge 1.6 hours time for a EV vehicle check. Also delayed completion waiting for me to respond to additional work for new tyres, when I’d made it clear it was a Motability car and I wasn’t the one to authorise.

    I was extremely impressed with how easy and efficient it is to check in my vehicle. there was no weight it was straight in and out. It was exactly what I needed. I was contacted by Frank when my car was ready. He was extremely pleasant and friendly. He also went and collected my car from the car park and brought it to the front of the shop for me, which was extremely kind and went above and beyond.
