    It’s not a dealers fault, the fact it took over four hours to get an MOT done when it should take 40 minutes tops quite frankly, not good enough…. I believe it’s because I already have to ring mobility for permission for every single thing they do whether this is true or not I don’t know but its just not good enough

    Had my car MOT and brake fluid done my car was picked up for me and returned with a free complementary wash very impressed 10/10
    Went to the dealership a few weeks earlier to look at changing my motability car but there was nowhere to park and other people were cruising around looking for spaces
    The designated disabled spaces were being used for dealership cars
    I was not very lmpressed and returned home ,so they lost a possible motability sale

    Ellie and grant were amazing 5 ***** literally my only issue was with Tom Harrison who is rude arrogant with zero customer service skills everyone else have literally bent over backwards for us .
