    I was told to come in at 4 PM which I did was told to sit and wait for Andy which I did, I was sitting there for over an hour making eye contact with staff so they knew I was waiting for something only to be left. It was only when I seen staff members putting coats on. I went back to the desk which they told me no one had told anyone about me being there after I was seen to. It took five minutes, which is even more disappointing
