    Overall I’m very disappointed with the service given by Barlow Motors (Crewe) ŠKODA.
    In January when I ordered the vehicle the level of service given seemed ok (this is where it ended). when I ordered the vehicle I was made aware that delivery would be end of March to the beginning of April.
    At no point did Barlow Motors ever contact me regarding the progress of the vehicle delivery date. End of March I was having to ring them each week to find out what the estimated date would be. They would then follow up after the conversation with an email stating the level of progress “your vehicle is at stage 9” this meant absolutely nothing to me.
    Friday 27th April I was contacted by the garage to say that vehicle would be ready to collect on Tuesday 30th April. During the phone call I said to the dealer that Wednesday the 1st May would be better for me as my son is available then to take me to the garage. Instantly in the conversation I was abruptly told that if the car is not collected on Tuesday it will be sold to another person. This really disturbed me as I had to pay a £1000.00 deposit when I ordered the car in January and i was concerned that I’d lose this. I then had to make other arrangements. I was not available to collect on Tuesday due to hospital appointments. Fortunately my son managed to agree with his employer to leave work early and collect the car on my behalf.
    This was unacceptable from the dealership in my opinion given only four days notice to collect the car.
    I will never be using this dealership again and I encourage Mobility Scheme to review their conduct concerning mobility customers.
