    My car had been booked in for several weeks for an MOT and I was to be given a courtesy car and when I got to the dealership they never had a courtesy car for me so I had to wait for two hours whilst they worked on my car they said that the courtesy car had been leased out last week and the person hadn’t bought it back and they couldn’t get hold of them ? To have one car in such a large company seem ridiculous

    I got plenty off help only problem was getting the write car I was promised one car but we had a problem and had to wait 6weeks an in that time I have to down grade the car and pay more witch I was unhappy about but the service was very good

    Service very good, however my husband had to take time off work to bring mobility car in as there wasn't no driver available to pick up and drop off the car. My disabled son is unable to spend much time in places waiting around this is why we requested for the vehicle to be picked up at home .

    Thr receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Absolutely terrible service at the point of reception, the dealers were nice but it was unfortunately marred by the rude and unhelpful young womsn on reception
