- Rating 1.0Aug 9, 2023Booked in for 1st service at 1pm,arrived at 12.50 checked in with reception and then left the vehicle parked for their attention whilst I went elsewhere. 1 hour later I returned to find the car as I had left it untouched!1 hour wasted.At least when I complained the service was carried out within an hour. But I asked myself what would the reaction had been if I had arrived 1 hour late??
