    Everything was fine until i realised id waited 25 mins for a wash & vac and it wasnt done. Why say your doing it and make me wait after near already 2 hours and then done do the job.

    Poor service from staff, brought car home with same faults as I had when I took it in. Don't think they looked at them to be honest. No concept of time, glad I won't be going there again as I'm swapping car new year to a Kia from Bradford.

    Booked in for 1st service at 1pm,arrived at 12.50 checked in with reception and then left the vehicle parked for their attention whilst I went elsewhere. 1 hour later I returned to find the car as I had left it untouched!1 hour wasted.At least when I complained the service was carried out within an hour. But I asked myself what would the reaction had been if I had arrived 1 hour late??
