    NOT UP STANDARDS , WAITED 7 MONTHS TO BE FIXED AFTER ME RINGING UMPTEEN TIMES , WHICH KEPT GETTING FOBBED OFF EACH TIME , EVENTUALLY GOT IT BACK , DIDN'T TELL US ANYTHING, COULDNT GET LIGHTS ON , PHONED RAC , AFTER BRINGING MY SPECIAL NEEDS DAUGHTER HOME FROM A EYE OPERATION,2HRS IN THE CAR WAITING TO BE TOLD YOU HAD TURN THE TAIL LIGHTS OFF WITHOUT BEING TOLD , AFTER YOU HAVING IT FOR SO LONG, WE GOT IT BACK 2 DAYS BEFORE MY DAUGHTER,S OPERATION, IM CERTAINLY A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER, AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE

    Waited for my car for nearly 2 hours.
    Was not offered any tae or coffee.
    When I got my car back the interior was full of smears and smelt like it had been cleaned with a dirty cloth.
