    The radio ad for Chapelhouse is horrendous. There. I’ve said it. I’ve also always said I would never get a car from them because I hate that ad so much. Fortunately due to my mobility issues brought on by agoraphobia it was necessary for me to find a dealership on the Motability website close enough to home that would give me the best chance of attending. Hence I contacted Chapelhouse Suzuki St Helens. I was put through to Vicky who from the offset listened to my particular issues with such warmth & kindness, sought & offered different options & solutions, and ultimately was able to facilitate my application & collection smoothly, without making me feel as if I was putting anyone out, and making me feel so at ease that for the first time in 4 years I felt as if resuming a normal life was definitely in my immediate future. Vicky, you’re an absolute star & I can’t thank you enough! Ps The car is brill!

    Not a good experience, the service was booked a month earlier due to me needing a loan car due to my disability, being told the nearest booking with a loan vehicle would be 29/8/24, when I arrived at 8.30am I was told no hire car available, I was told I could wait at the garage for 2/3 hours. I was furious and asked for a manager, he sorted a car and the service was completed okay. Phil Morris
