Jordan answered all our questions quickly and easily. As novices of electric cars we had a lot of questions and he made us feel at ease. When it came to showing us my new car it was immaculate and he talked us through as much of the technology as he could. He said we could always phone or pop in if we had a problem or question. We did call into the dealership as we couldn’t get the sat nav’s audio to turn up. A young man called same came straight out and fixed it for us so we could hear the sat nav talking.
