- Rating 1.0Nov 5, 2024Not happy with the service. I booked in for a courtesy car to be available as it was needed. Even changed the date of my booking to accommodate this. When I arrived I was told that a courtesy car was not available. Due to me needing one and clearly stating this when booking I was then told I will need to use a salesman’s car.
I was not updated at any stage of my cars progress, I was not able to track my cars progress throughout the whole process.
I had to turn up before the garage closes for the day on the off chance it was ready. When I arrived they told me it was ready but they had not informed me.
When I did receive the car back, it had not been cleaned despite them saying it was. The car has also come back showing that tyre pressure or low, it did not go in this condition.

- Rating 3.0Oct 25, 2023The people & workmanship r really good. But as a motability customer I didn't feel they gave thought to my difficulties. I book service well jn advance but no courtesy cars r pick up service available. So I had to organise lifts. On pickup my car wasn't ready. They told to get there between 5 & 5.30. Which i did. I actually drove out at 6.10. By which time I was in pain & very anxious to get home. Not the experience I expected.
