I book service well jn advance but no courtesy cars r pick up service available. So I had to organise lifts. On pickup my car wasn't ready. They told to get there between 5 & 5.30. Which i did. I actually drove out at 6.10. By which time I was in pain & very anxious to get home. Not the experience I expected.

- Rating 1.0Jul 26, 2023Dropped my car off at 10am for waiting mot appointment, let the people on the desk know I was going to go to visit my parents (who live locally) as I live 30 miles away. Was told someone would call in a few hours to let me know when the car was ready, nobody rang so at 1 o'clock I rang and was told the car would be ready for 2.30. Arrived back at Volvo for 2.20 expecting my car to be nearly ready, only to be told my car had failed and needed new tyres. Nobody had bothered to ring and let me know,and I then had to wait another 2 and a half hours for it to be sorted. Then to find out they have put mismatched tyres on my car making it now dangerous to drive. I will not be using Volvo ever again!
