When I walked in sarah-louise greeted us with open arms
Made us feel at ease and important
As was the rest of the staff I waited for my car to be mot's,
They all asked if we needed a drink of tea/coffee.
We felt at ease and to be honest nothing was too much trouble
Great team work
Then the mot examiner came in and explained about my car and also sent me a running video detailing my car
Knew his stuff
Team VW at its best, this is the 2nd mot from them
And I was very impressed both times
