You simply use your allowance to lease a brand new car from a huge choice of makes and models. I only joined the motability scheme for the first time and went to visit Trust Ford on the Upper N’ards Rd.
I had an appointment with Kaitlin who took care of everything, enrolling me on the motability scheme and all the admin work that goes with it, making it hassle free.
I went ahead and ordered my car, a brand new model of the Kuga in May. Unfortunately I had a few delays, due to a backlog at customs, but that’s was not a reflection on Ford at all. Although it was not the news I wanted, Kaitlin kept me regularly informed on the delivery of my car.
Upon collection day, my car was ready to go, and when I arrived, there was minimal fuss or hassle making it quick and easy.
I was given a walk round and demo of all the cars features, ensuring it was connected to the apps and I was aware of everything before I was in my way.
