Nicola was friendly, knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. I emailed her a number of times regarding the car and she was quick to respond with thorough information. At the point of collection, Nicola was fast, efficient, friendly and took the time to show me how the vehicle worked (my previous car was a 2007 Ford Focus to quite the upgrade). If/when I get another car, I hope Nicola is the person I have the pleasure of working with.
